Los Angeles, Calif. -- AMULET Development Corp. is pleased to announce the launch of the new ASUCLA Graduation Etc. web application. The site is found at: www.uclastore.com/gradetc, where graduating seniors may login to select and purchase/rent graduation products such as caps & gowns, announcements, diploma frames and much more. Developed by AMULET, the web application provides a secure login using the student ID#. Once logged in, the student can select from an extensive product catalog including special product "packages" consisting of multiple items. Students place selected items in the shopping basket for review and checkout. The checkout process allows for the flexibility of paying by credit card online, or in-person at the UCLA Store.

AMULET developed the Graduation Etc. website as a showcase of Microsoft web and database technologies including: Windows 2003 Server, Microsoft IIS web server, SQL Server 2005 relational database, Visual Studio, and custom programming using the .NET Framework. As an application foundation, AMULET started work using the AMULET E-Commerce Framework.

AMULET also built a custom back-end administrative site with which ASUCLA staff can update and maintain the data content of the web application such as the product catalog, packages, ceremonies, student profiles, etc.
